Ordering from our Site

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. When placing an order, you undertake that all details you provide to Aiki Diounot are true and accurate and that you are an authorized user of the credit or debit card used to place your order. Once you have placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail acknowledging receipt of your order. We reserve the right not to proceed with your order in the event that the items ordered do not satisfy our quality control standards and are withdrawn by us.

The Terms & Conditions, together with all our policies and procedures for the purchase of products through our site, will be governed and construed exclusively by the relevant Greek law (no.2251/94) concerning consumer protection, which follows the EU legislation (2011/83/EU) about consumers’ rights.

Any dispute arising from or related to these terms and/or this site and/or the purchase contract performed under the terms and this site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
